FREE Zoo

Not far from our new home we have a zoo. It is FREE and AWESOME (for the price)! They have a reptile building...



A Rain Forest building...

Birds freak me out for some reason.

Ike enjoyed the turtles...

And the otters...

Ike really liked this bear. He waved at it numerous times and blew kisses when we decided to move on.

The zoo has Kangaroos, rhinos, penguins and giraffes...



They had badgers, bison, lions, tigers, ground hogs, and alligators...

And my favorite a Monkey building...

I was very impressed by the amount of animals they had for being free. It took us a couple of hours to visit all the exhibits. They also had a petting zoo and we stopped to feed the goats. One came nose to nose with Ike and he was done with that. The girls however enjoyed the licking and feeding session. We finished out day with a ride on the Merry-go-round.
