Look out everyone there is a new fire crew in town!!! A couple Saturdays ago we took the kids to our local firehouse for a safety training day. We learned about calling 911 in an emergency, natural disasters, and the dangers of electricity. We got a few coloring books, a plastic fire hat and some cute pictures. The firedog 'Maddie' was there (a mascot type dog) and Ike was TERRIFIED. The giant bike helmet mascot he thought was funny but the dog made him scream. He wouldn't take his eyes off the dog and even with it on the other end of the firehouse he was shaking and nervous.
