It is so amazing to me to watch kids achieve milestones in there first years of life. It has been very exciting to watch this little boy develop. He has such a fun-loving personality. January is a big month for my boy...he now pulls himself up, and jabbers. He thinks he can walk and got his first bruise when he bumped his head on the floor. He does walk along furniture which he is not ready for and crashes quite often. Although he still can't officially crawl he is often found in a different spot than where we leave him to play with toys. And I'm pretty sure said his first word.
Does anyone want to venture a guess at his first word? It isn't mommy...nor dada. Now when I mean he said his first word, I mean he is associating it with the correct meaning. 
He jabbers dadada all the time but he doesn't know Mason is dad. I guess this word fits since he is a boy. And the word is....BALL. He loves to play ball. He can roll it back to you when you give it to him and enjoys playing 'catch' with anyone.
