Thanksgiving we received a few calls from family wishing Dani a happy birthday and us a Happy Turkey Day. Being Mason's day completely off I let him sleep in. While on the phone I went to check on my girls in the kitchen (I thought they were in their playroom) and found that they had opened the spice cabinet, took out the corn starch box (which I didn't even know I had) and were throwing it all over. After I took the box away they just played, painting themselves with cornstarch-covered toy paintbrushes, and trying to change the color of the kitchen in general. Of course they didn't get into trouble because "where was there mother who was suppose to be watching them?" Plus this really wasn't that big of a deal in my eyes. I did however ask them never to go in the spice cabinet again, which I'm sure will only last a month. They are sure cute but are starting to cause some major messes together!!

looks like you picked a good battle to not fight. At least they picked a lazy day to paint the kitchen, hopefully they don't do it on a day you have company to impress.
